Terms & Conditions
By booking services with INDVL, you agree to the following terms:
Customers must disclose:
• Previous wrap installations
• Ceramic coating, wax, PPF, or paint protection
• Paintwork, repairs, dents, scratches, oxidation, or clear coat issues
• Any aftermarket parts that can affect installation
Failure to disclose may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
Installation Standards
• All services (wrap, tint, PPF, detailing, badges, or accessories) are installed to industry standards.
Minor imperfections, seams, edges, and relief cuts are normal and expected depending on the vehicle.
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times may vary depending on:
• Vehicle condition
• Weather
• Material delays
• Complexity of the project
Damage Disclaimer
INDVL is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing paint damage• Clear coat failure
• Failing aftermarket parts or panels
• Unreported ceramic coatings or previous wrap adhesives
We document the vehicle before beginning work.
Warranty
• Vinyl wrap warranties depend on the brand used (3–10 years).
• PPF includes a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer.
• Installation warranty for wrap/PPF is 1 year.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, pressure washing, improper maintenance, or neglect.
Content Usage
INDVL may use photos/videos of your vehicle for promotional purposes.
You may opt out at any time.
Payments
Deposits are required to secure an appointment slot.
Remaining balance is due at pickup before the vehicle is released.
Refund Policy
Deposit Refunds
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours prior, your deposit may be transferred to a new date once.
• No-call/no-show forfeits the deposit.
Failure to disclose may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
Service Refunds
Because our services are custom:
• Refunds are not accepted after work is completed.
• Adjustments, fixes, or corrections will be made within reason during the 1-year installation warranty.
• Refunds or partial refunds may only be granted if negotiated directly with the owner, and only under specific circumstances.
Material Defects
If the material has a manufacturer defect, INDVL will:
• Document the issue
• Process a warranty claim
• Replace the affected panels at cost for labor and time
Customer Satisfaction
We aim to provide a luxury experience. If you have any concerns, they must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your vehicle.
